CineLedger stores the account and library information needed to provide profiles, ratings, watch history, notes, lists, follows, and notifications. Public sections can be viewed by other members; private sections remain restricted by database access policies.

Third-party providers such as TMDB, OMDb, Supabase, and the configured email service process only the information required for their role. You can export your data or permanently delete your account from Settings.
